u r so right!!! state farm gives our the ugliest rentals ever. i drive a benz and they loaned me some freakin grandpa chevy something!!! they took forever so i switched insurances!!

To call someone an idiot or a moron are strong words when you don’t know the entire story. I was inconvenienced in this entire situation. My car was hit by someone not paying attention. So, it wasn’t my fault that I was in an accident. Secondly, the Allstate representative assured me that the car repair and rental were taken care of. I took the agent at his word. I will confirm both in the future. The $100 was not the issue. The HHR was not the issue. The lack of communication throughout the process was the real issue. Allstate was supposed to contact Enterprise. Enterprise was supposed to contact me about the rental. None of that happened.

I am pleased to let you know that I am NOT one of the reasons why you quit your job at Enterprise. I waited patiently until 11:45 which was over an hour. I didn’t say a word. I just watched all the other people come and go as I waited. And because I didn’t say anything then, my frustrations are posted on my blog now. So, if you think I am whining and complaining – Good. Look out for my next post.

I would like to start off my comment as your an idiot. They are giving you a $20,000 vehicle and you dont think they are going to take a measily $100 hold on your card. Its not a deposit, it shows on your statement as a pending transaction that is never taken out. State Farm also messed up by not sending in your information which means that Enterprise doesnt get paid until they do. Now it isnt Enterprise’s fault that you got into the accident and that State Farm didnt file the claim with them. And the HHR is a free upgrade, cuz your cheap policy probably pays for a Chevy Aveo(Economy and that HHR is a full size), i dare you to look one of those up, how would you like to drive with manual everything and no cd player. Now all of this seems like it could have been handled if you just had called Enterprise yourself after getting off with the repair shop and had a 2 minute conversation with them to confirm the reservation, which they didnt have but could have easily made for you! Stop complaining and stop blaming others because you are ignorant and couldnt think of any solutions. BTW I quit my position at Enterprise, because i had to listen to morans like you complain for 50 hours a week. Oh and you are a complainer and whiner, just for putting this up.

Absolutely your best post yet, and totally a look at how far America has really come. Though I wouldn’t naively take race off the table, I believe it goes beyond race issues, to add unethical desparation. There is a short list of what people (companies) will NOT do to make money… if there is such a list.

Believe me, there are people outside of the “anti-Ty” bloggers at this site who will buy the dolls, or slam down their pens angry because they didn’t come out with the dolls first.

Let us now be conscious to not suck into the negativity… and, instead entrench ourselves in comfortable prayer that “… no weapon formed against [children] will prosper….” Believe that the Obamas know they cannot wade through the “First” term with anger as a primary option.

Why is when black people, whether they are football players, basketball players or any other sports figure, or anything of importance, you feel that it is ok to use them for your financial gain . Why !!!!!!!

Why did you not make Bush kids when they were drinking and driving drunk? Where are their dolls for sale to the public? Is it because they were white an we have to keep it QUIET and from pulic eye . ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even though the dolls seem like an innocent idea on the surface, people tend to take things to an extreme. For instance, the Malia doll appears to have breasts. The girl is 10 years old. Even if she does have “buds” right now, the doll should not reflect that because she is still a llittle girl. Ty Inc. started with the dolls of the girls, no telling what will come out next to take away the innocence of the little dears.

People have been capitalizing on the First Family for a long time. In fact, Barack Obama has had superstar status since he started running. However, I strongly feel that his children should be kept out of the limelight as much as possible.

I think people are fascinated by the first family because they do not fit the stereotypes about Black people that are fed by the media. They are highly educated. They have a good marriage. They are successful. They have a family values. They did not allow their humble beginnings to stop them from reaching their current level of success.

The young people in the community are a different story. People are not caring too much because if they did, there would be fewer and different issues. That’s an altogether different topic!
